Great Location with a one way street.
Pros
Quiet street, close to train station, nice location, secure door.
Cons
Narrow Stairwell with broken molding on the stairs.

Pros
Good management company and friendly owner. Organized storage space, good parking.
Cons
Our contact with the management company was often difficult to communicate with and caused some confusion and frustration for all tenants in the building. Some of their emails were hard to follow or understand.
Advice to the owners
Be more transparent and/or send clearer emails to tenants.
