The súper is trash , never helps he sucks
Pros
I like how friendly people are and barely any violence in the building
Cons
The noise , the super is probably the worst. He doesn’t come to fix anything and when he does he gives attitude and slams. He’s cool with the landlord so they won’t get rid of him
Advice to the owners
Do better honestly

Pros
The neighbors are all friendly for the most part
Cons
Súper is really bad , has a lot of attitude and never shows up unless the tenant comes. He also plays music in the basement super loud with with friends and family
