Great for legacy New Yorkers
Pros
I love the location! Its right next to Prospect Park and the Parade Ground so perfect for families and those who love a bit of outdoors.
Cons
In the summer this location is party central. There is ALWAYS noise played LOUD until 1a-2a on the weekends (late August sometime later because of Haitians practicing for labor day) it sucks ass if you enjoy peaceful nights like I do. There are too many cars that live in the neighborhood with loud ass mufflers driving 25 mph -_- at 6 am. Loud ass motorbikes too. Loud people in the streets. Pretty much it's too loud for me and I can't wait until my move date!
Advice to the owners
Get the exterminator to come back weekly throughout this next winter. I'm seeing too many critters indoors.
