avoid this nightmare
Pros
there was a roof over my head (until the ceiling caved in 3 times)
Cons
landlord lied about radiators not being in the building and only provided insufficient and costly electric space heaters. the ceiling caved in, I kid you not, 3 times. the third time it was a jewish holiday and nobody answered any of our calls/emails/texts. water poured through the ceiling for 8 hours before someone came to shut the water off. rats and garbage all over the hallway. old rusty washing machine and dirty mattress in the backyard. I could keep going but why are you even still reading? RUN
Advice to the owners
you should answer for your crimes and not be allowed to rent property in this or ANY state.
