Overpriced

Window views are okay.
Cons
The landlord is extremely unresponsive and will not take care of any issues in the building. Water pressure is always too high. Overpriced for such a small place. Landlord won’t clean anything prior to rental. Pipes under sinks are covered with carton boxes and duck tape. Pipes leak everywhere.
