Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant reviews of buildings managed by Matthew Keller reveal inconsistent management quality. While some buildings offer good heating, water pressure, and helpful superintendents, many suffer from poor cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, and pest problems. Responsiveness from management varies widely, with some tenants experiencing long delays or unresponsiveness to maintenance requests. Noise levels and neighbor quality also fluctuate across properties. Rent prices can be high relative to upkeep quality, leading to dissatisfaction. Tenants advise better enforcement of community rules, improved cleaning routines, and more proactive maintenance. Overall, expectations should be cautious, as management responsiveness and building conditions are uneven.
