Nice building, super sometimes hard to reach, but very few problems
Pros
The building is clean, quiet, and nice. We had very few problems while we lived there. They also recently put in a new laundry room with awesome machines!
Cons
The super can be difficult to converse with sometimes. He would always answer the phone, and we had very few problems to begin with, but sometimes he would be difficult to work with. We also saw mice a few times, but never caught anything.
Advice to the owners
The super used to have a cat which I think helped with mice, that was really the only major issue with our apartment

Price and location
Cons
Management company is impossible to reach and super will constantly deflect to them while doing nothing.
Advice to the owners
Get a better super and those giant frosted windows are a nuisance.
