Management is responsive (owner and his son).
Cons
Needs more washers and dryers in the laundry room.

Awful experience. I would not recommend this building to anyone.

Rent is relatively affordable.
Cons
Noise level of neighbors and neighborhood. There was a gigantic hole in my ceiling and a flood in my bathroom for a month before it was repaired. Tiny garbage chutes.
