Convenient Location, Inconvenient Housing
Pros
Neighbors are nice and welcoming, the building is animal-friendly. Everyone works to keep the building clean, so we haven’t had a pest problem yet.
Cons
The building is very old, something is always in need of a renovation. Landlord is hard to get a hold of - usually unresponsive until many tenants reach out.
Advice to the owners
Please be more responsive - owning a house is a responsibility that goes beyond money gathering. And fix the heating - it’s cold!
