1814 Bleecker Completely Mismanaged
Pros
Some Units come with balcony.
Cons
Owner is completely unresponsive. Super doesn’t clean, doesn’t respond to texts or calls or emails. Railing falling off, interior walls need paint, window guards are falling off the exterior, trash constantly piles up outside, no actual signage marking the building’s house number, landings were filled in with styrofoam, the list goes on…
