Great Building, Responsive Landlord
Pros
It's really quiet but close to everything, the building is very well maintained, landlord is very responsive about issues, no noisy neighbors, apartments are decently renovated and there is a great handyman around, AC units built in for every room, radiant heating which can be janky but that's NYC, laundry in the basement
Cons
Landlord seems greedy in regards to rent prices and increases but not much else to complain about
