Cut a lot of corners on this one
Pros
Dishwasher and washer/dryer were great, close to the train, exposed brick is cute, very nice windows.
Cons
The walls are insanely thin you can hear EVERYTHING. Super loud neighbors. Takes a long time to get anything repaired.
Advice to the owners
Be more on top of repairs

Real World: Ridgewood
Pros
Building is in a safe area and close to things, including trains, grocery stores, and restaurants. Ridgewood is a fun neighborhood.
Cons
Management is very unresponsive. We have to chase them down to fix most issues. Some of our neighbors were also incredibly loud and fought all the time.
Advice to the owners
Don't delete maintenance tickets before actually solving the issue...
