Great apartment for rent price, but too many issues with landlord
Pros
Cheap rent, all utilities and free cable included in rent, good area/neighborhood
Cons
Landlord going through my mail multiple times, after being asked not to, noise level coming from upstairs unbearable and couldnt sleep most nights after being made aware of the issue, and landlord would put off some issues with the apartment when being asked to fix/resolve them and would take weeks-months to getting done.
