Pros
Great natural lights, lots of south facing windows
Cons
ROACHES! Have literally seen over 30 in the span of a year. The summer was unbearable with multiple a day. Management were super slow to send an exterminator over -- had to threaten withholding rent before anything was done Kitchen is poorly equipped...only 1 outlet which powers the stove and fridge.
Advice to the owners
Send the exterminator...PLEASE!
