Not worth the price
Pros
At the time (2019) I had great neighbors and no issues with bugs or rats. Thats where the pros end.
Cons
We were charged for a years worth of incorrect meter readings because the building would not let Con Edison have access/did not inform them of the new apartment numbers. We had continuous leakage issues on the roof and the living room ceiling as well as bathroom would leak water and need to be patched up over and over again. My roommate and I got very sick and found the living room air vent was growing mold.
Advice to the owners
Please care about those you are renting to and their lives. Stop being selfish
Nice building, bad management
Pros
Clean, nice layout, generally quit neighbors
Cons
Management is unresponsive and does not care about your property or safety. There have been roof squatters sited and package robbers caught on camera and nothing was done.
