Great space iffy management
Pros
I lived there for years. The walls are super thin you hear everything above and below. And you can smell pot very easily. The owner hires the absolute cheapest repair men so things break again all the time. The space is huge for the price so if you can handle shady management it’s not a bad place.
Cons
Noisy, never sure if mortgage or repair people are being paid.
