Loved this place.
Pros
Super and landlord are extremely responsive and helpful. Elevator usually works fine. Never see any pests inside the building. Really nice roof.
Cons
Apartment can get very hot in the summer.

New super changed some things
Pros
This is a convenient location, and the new super makes thing better. There is some package theft but rare, I've definitely have it happen. The super is pretty good but the building management is totally mia.
Cons
Mice, I catch about 3 mice a year in my place even tho I keep it clean. It's the building.
