Great experience over last 2 years
Pros
Wonderful area and responsive management. No complaints over 2 years. Saw a total of one bug over that whole time, have not seen a rat in a year.
Cons
Very small apartment.

Good value for the area
Pros
Very clean, no bugs, very responsive super, updated finishes in the kitchen, pet friendly to cats unofficially
Cons
Only thing I didn't like is that even though the surrounding area is really nice with stuyvesant park, there would sometimes be harmless, unhoused people who would loiter on the stoop at night. Never felt unsafe, but as a woman not ideal.
