Not perfect but worked for it’s purpose
Pros
Great neighborhood, high ceilings, decent space
Cons
Mice were always there, if you get one of the bedrooms near the street the noise outside is a problem, this one is a little hard to fix in NYC though
Advice to the owners
Fix the pest problem
