Affordable Apartment minor issues

Affordable and really good area to live in
Cons
Management is almost impossible to get ahold of without speaking to broker first. Occasional pest problems

loved our super
Pros
the super Juan, was so nice to my family. always helpful! no mice or rats!
Cons
I saw a few big roaches here and there. when we first moved in our refrigerator broke. but the super and building manager were very quick to get us a new one.
Advice to the owners
renovate the apartments, we got a few splinters while we were there.
