well maintained building
Pros
-clean building -on-site super is very responsive to requests -nice neighborhood
Cons
-buzzer can be glitchy -had water leakage a couple of times throughout the year

Clean, no pests, heat and a/c work, quiet, quaint
Cons
management slow at responding, walk up/no elevator, occasional build-up of trash in courtyard causing small rodent sightings but only outside
