Best first apartment post college

Great updated appliances including dishwasher and laundry large rooms with beautiful flooring and good closet space Well maintained building

Pros
Superintendent is the sweetest, super helpful & responsive, and always has eyes on the cameras. Apartment is so nice for the price, had brand new appliances when we moved in and craaaazy amount of counter space. Like 10 feet of counter. It's crazy. Pest control comes every month. Water pressure is great, radiators make the classic white noise and keep it warm. Building is mostly folks whose families have been here for years, which makes us want to be one of those families.
Cons
I love everything about it honestly, but wouldn't recommend it to a college freshman who grew up in the suburbs and has never encountered block parties or a diversity of cultural backgrounds (which is a pro for me but might be a con for you)
