Amazing amAzing building.

Great staff, well kept, amazing amenities and great location.
Cons
It’s cold in the winter! Not inside the building but it’s right on the water. Neighbors can be snooty and classist. That’s what you get when white people move in. The surrounding area of Williamsburg in general is DIRTY. GARBAGE EVERYWHERE ON THE STREETS. I don’t understand why people pay so much money in taxes to live here and the streets are littered in trash and dog shit.
