Great building and super
Pros
We lived on the backside of the building and it was very quiet. Our neighbors say the front side is much louder. We never had any bug or pest problems. The space was clean and well layed out.
Cons
Stairs are hard, we lived in the 6th floor and it’s the main reason we’re leaving.

The floors are bare concrete so it can get pretty cold. Maybe bring a rug
