Cant wait to find another place

Good heat, and hot water
Cons
Many roaches can’t control it, some have mice, greedy to get your money, don’t really care about tenants. Some tenants are rude and have no concern to peoples needs.
Advice to the owners
Screen your tenants a little better, especially young couples Ask for references

Cons
The pest control is useless. They come every month but no good results.
