Needs room for improvement

Ok neighborhood , nice building 
Cons
Cameras don’t work , people steal packages. Needs a better security system, Need to change the whole intercom system. Needs more Closet space.

Fix up the building.

Pros
Great square footage for the price. High ceilings. Very close to train and park.
Cons
The super is terrible. He yells. He will bang on your door whenever he pleases to yell about things like trash. Packages get stolen even though there are cameras. Super claims to have no access to cameras. There are cockroaches.
Advice to the owners
Send exterminator monthly and find a new super.
