Beautiful bay windows with high ceilings Spacious living room Close to subway
Cons
Very tight kitchen Bedroom is also pretty small A few cockroaches in the kitchen but they had a pest maintenance company visit once a month

I've lived in New York 15 years and this is the first place I've lived with mice. I've had to dump about six of them because management becomes unresponsive.
