Best building I’ve lived in
Pros
Well-maintained (owner lives in building), friendly neighbors, rent stabilized. Management company is responsive. There is monthly preventative extermination. Trash area out front is well-maintained. Quiet block, near many trains.
Cons
Really no cons - no laundry but such is life for many brownstones
