Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

Worst living experience

Pros

No elevator In building so good cardio... I guess.

Cons

Very loud music and neighbors. Zero ventilation. No basement access from building. Pest infestation. Not a well managed property.

Former tenant·Over 2 years ago

WORSE BUILDING EVER!

Pros

There is absolutely no pros to living in this building.

Cons

MOLD! NO HEAT! GANG BANGERS IN AND OUT THE BUILDING! CEILING LEAKS! OWNER OR MANAGEMENT DGAF ABOUT THE PEOPLE LIVING HERE! RAT INFESTED! PEE ON THE STAIRS! THE LOBBY DOOR IS ALWAYS BROKEN!

Advice to the owners

DO BETTER WITH TAKING CARE OF THE BUILDING AND THE TENANTS THAT’S PUTTING MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. YOU LITERALLY DOES NOTHING AND THE LANDLORD THAT YOU HAVE, DOES NOTHING! WE LITERALLY HAVE TO RUN YOU GUYS DOWN TO FIX SOMETHING IN THE APARTMENT, WHICH SHOULDN’T BE. YOU LITERALLY HAVE US LIVING IN A MOLD INFECTIOUS BUILDING AND YOU KEEP DOING HALF ASS JOBS AND THE MOLD COMES BACK EVERY SINGLE YEAR! IT’S DISGUSTING!! THIS WHOLE DAMN BUILDING IS DISGUSTING!
