Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for buildings managed by Martin Meyer reveal consistent complaints about poor cleanliness and garbage management, pest infestations, and inadequate heating. Tenants report unsafe and noisy environments with disruptive neighbors and malfunctioning security features. Owner responsiveness is frequently criticized as slow or indifferent, contributing to ongoing maintenance issues like mold and structural disrepair. Despite occasional positive mentions of location convenience, renters overwhelmingly advise significant investment in property upkeep, security enhancements, and dedicated, effective staff. Overall, the management is perceived as neglectful and unresponsive, making these buildings undesirable for tenants seeking safety, comfort, and reliability.

YOU LITERALLY HAVE US LIVING IN A MOLD INFECTIOUS BUILDING AND YOU KEEP DOING HALF ASS JOBS AND THE MOLD COMES BACK EVERY SINGLE YEAR! IT’S DISGUSTING!! THIS WHOLE DAMN BUILDING IS DISGUSTING!
