Solid Building but lacks amenities
Pros
Clean apartment and great layout In-unit dishwasher Located in a good neighborhood and safe Near multiple lines for transport (7/G/M/F/E/etc.) and buses So you can get to BK, Astoria, and Manhattan fairly easily
Cons
For a building that doesn't really have a rooftop or gym I am surprised the laundry is not in-unit. If there is a major storm there are some minor flooding issues with the pipes. For the price point it is a bit expensive for what you get.
