Never had pests, nice big apartment, wash/dryer in unit, gas stove!

Heating was inconsistent in the winter, there was clearly a mold issue as on of the wall’s plaster would get when it rained.

Advice to the owners

Just to be more conscious of the heat in the winter, sometimes it was too cold.
