Almost Great But Too Many Shortcuts
Pros
The home has a very functional layout. It’s a small townhouse but it has a great amount of space for the neighborhood.
Cons
The management company (TrueManagement) is terrible and the ‘repairs’ they do are a joke. The home needs better maintenance, they just cover problems rather than fixing them
Advice to the owners
Stop taking cheap repair shortcuts
