What a beautiful building
Pros
Amazing place to live, wonderful mom and pop land lords live in the building and take care of it. Available to take care of any needs that might arise. Frank is very handy.
Cons
No amenities in building (free gym, parking, doorman ect.) but everything you could want is in walking distance - Hell Kitchen is a great neighborhood.
