There's a reason why it's cheap for the area
Pros
No noise in building
Cons
Management never responds, hallways smell bad, so noisy outside, water pressure is bad and always leaks.

Building is fine, noisy neighbors though
Pros
Management is quick to respond to issues sent to the repair inbox. Apartments are reasonably priced and building is kept in a fair state.
Cons
Heat and hot water cut out randomly which is especially bad in the winter. It took a coup to get the heat to be released before 12pm most days but we did it. Dryers almost never work so be ready to hang your stuff around your apartment to dry.
Advice to the owners
Why are the tenants rioting for basic necessities? You're doing well but you could be doing so much better
