Issues with gas/heat, Some leaks in heavy rain, Confusing murky communication with management, Bike & package theft

Small Landlords will break your lease and make you pay for a room if they can’t find anyone to fill it. Will rarely answer your concerns Way too expensive for a room One time we had no heat for two months
Advice to the owners
You need to stop being so selfish and listen to the needs of the tenants
