Pretty good place
Pros
There's a courtyard for the trash that's above ground so no bugs and rodents are around. The supe and handy man he uses as lot are quite friendly and responsive.
Cons
The front door doesn't quite lock when it gets cold and the mailboxes are also janky so packages have been stolen.

Mice. Super loud. Sketchy people right outside. No way of knowing when heat will be on
