Slow Response Time
Pros
Honestly not much to enjoy about living here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Cons
It is LOUD. There are leaks in the ceilings and they have been reported constantly, finally called 311 and they were faster in responding to issues. Also incredibly disgusting with leaving garbage outside on the sidewalk.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and responsible with maintenance.
