Well kept but stringent
Pros
Owner is super responsive and eager to take care of problems.
Cons
Expect daily interactions with the owner. He calls at all hours of the day and rings the doorbell over minor problems (for example, thought that us showering was too loud), comes outside to watch you do the recycling every time, watches through window you come and go, etc.
