Management seems nice and responsive Rent is very reasonable for the area No issues with neighbors No bug problem Quiet street but with a lot to do around
Cons
Noisy / thin walls Somewhat slow timeline by management to fix certain issues
Advice to the owners
No real advice, was a good experience overall
