Awesome apartment in great location
Pros
Great prewar charming building, renovated apartment, quiet and convenient location.
Cons
Since it’s a condo building fees for applying are high. The AC wasn’t working when we first moved in but will be fixed after winter

Great apartment
Pros
Nice neighbors Super very responsive Great location next to the park
Cons
Wasn’t much light in my apartment but it faced the back of the building. Hear that apartments facing the street are a bit loud.

Super is awesome, very nice and responsive. Really enjoyed my time living here!
