decent management, not the best but not the worst apartment to live at. close
Pros
respond to issues quickly, ac works well - heat too
Cons
certain issues dont get resolved, they just put a bandaid on it. super doesn't do trash when he's supposed to,
Advice to the owners
resolve issues for long term just dont put a bandaid on it

decent management, building not upkept

management is decently responsive, fix issues in a decent amount of time
Cons
hallway and doors/walls never been cleaned. ever. trash piled up and they upkeep of the building itself is pretty bad
