Constant noise outside and a bit shady at night

Good water pressure Renovations went a long way Great appliances Nice square footage in the two bedroom Good air circulation Timely heat Nice neighbors on the floor
Cons
Loud construction work on the building or block for long hours Brought in pest control out of pocket twice over a few years (mice) Tub gets stopped up frequently
