Columbia grad housing
Pros
Great space, high ceilings, lots of light, thick walls.
Cons
Student housing means no one cares about the apartment, lots of peeling paint, some mold in shower, a few cockroaches but nothing terrible.
Advice to the owners
Need to thoroughly clean apartment units.

Fine grad housing
Pros
Grad housing, so great if you want to live near campus. Laundry in building, maintenance is responsive
Cons
Residential office is so unresponsive. Super in building unresponsive.
