Cheap no frills value apartment
Pros
Lowest rent imaginable for an apartment in West Village. Gets the job done.
Cons
Very small, very old, minimal management

Full of Mice
Pros
Super is very nice and does a good job trying to keep the building clean. He tries to help resolve problems within the apartment.
Cons
Mice live in the walls and end up in the apartment. 40+ mice caught in the past year. Had brief roach infestation. Building has regular pest control and will send someone out if they believe the tenants can sue; however the building does not provide any permanent/long term solutions to fix the problem.
