Good building with lovely staff

Staff was friendly and responsive, building was clean

Had some roaches but building was extremely response and took care of the issue

Very well maintained by super and management . Kind and helpful neighbors . Community feel
Cons
Super is a tight ass! Yet, maintains a clean building First Avenue is very noisy so beware
