AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Building is gorgeous and close to trains
Cons
Landlord, Tricia Chambers, is HORRIBLE. Will stand outside our door. Won’t let you have AC units. Unlawful construction. Best friends with the broker and scams all their tenants out of thousands of dollars. Floor and walls SUPER thin. Water pressure goes to a trickle when anyone uses it. Heating is dicey and when she doesn’t like you she’ll turn it off completely. I could go on for days. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!
