Charm in Boerum Hill
Pros
Few neighbors, only three units. Access to laundry in basement. Corner building so many windows and lots of light!
Cons
It’s an old building and there’s some maintenance neglect and a few roaches. Roof leaks through windows with really heavy rainfall. Doorbells / buzzers don’t work.

Big management, small building
Pros
Small unit, bedrooms touch/are stacked so living room noise isn’t in the same space
Cons
Management doesn’t care about tenants or notify about building maintenance in a timely way; no vents or windows in bathrooms
Advice to the owners
Care more about tenants less about money
