Ok apartment, not worth the price

Ok bathroom. New appliances,
Cons
Plumbing is a disaster. Not done by a professional just Jerry rigged together. The land lord will say he will come and fix something but then forget and come the next day. He tried not to return the security deposit after we agreed to an amount. Only returned over 60 days after we moved out after we threatened to report him to the state AG.
Advice to the owners
Redo the kitchen cabinets, be on time when you say you will come fix something. Be more honest when it comes to renewing lease and returning deposits.
