In a convenient area, building stays clean, has an elevator, and laundry in building

Near a hospital and there’s usually construction around. Rooms are small

Good building, funny central heating.

Pros

The building’s sanitation is managed well. Requested repairs are very quick.

The heat isn’t consistently managed. It comes on when it’s 60 outside, but for some reason sometimes won’t come on when it’s actually cold.
