Terrible front desk, cool building
Pros
Building itself is well built, nice amenities like its gym and lounge.
Cons
However the front desk people are some of the worse I’ve experienced. I understand that not everyday will be everyone’s best, nor do I expect it. But some at the front desk ones here are just rude every single time. There are two in particular that are rude as soon as you interact with them, talk with a serious condescending tone, and give guests in particular an especially hard time. I’m going to putting in several complaints to management, as the repetition is troubling and just unnecessary. Been taking note and I see it’s mostly against POC, and people who don’t seem to speak English well. Just an observation!
Advice to the owners
I’d suggest training with staff for interacting with those who don’t speak English as well. Some of the attitudes a few of the front desk people exhibit during these interactions is just painfully overt.

A/C is old, noise (from other units), a bit expensive
